Do you offer sport-specific or team training?
Yes! This type of training is designed to train any sports team to achieve their specific goals as an individual or as a team. We break down your sport and what weaknesses you might have and train you to perform better for that specific sport. If you'd like more information on sport-specific training, contact us here.
Do you offer prenatal and postnatal training?
We do! Pre and postnatal training allows women to maintain and develop fitness during their pregnancy creating an environment for an easier labor and less time to take off the baby weight. If you'd like more information, contact us here.
